A smaller-sized bungalow needed to accommodate its growing family. The family loved the downtown location but didn't want to feel on top of each other.

The upper bedrooms were renovated, while the house was added on to create a family room, opening up the kitchen. A master suite was added on too, along with an extension to create a covered outdoor space.
